Sempre Ragdolls

Caution Ragdolls are addictive!

Visiting a Show

We would love for you to come and visit us at a show.

It is best to come after 2pm. Normally by this time the cats have finished being judged (sometimes they haven't), and you can talk to me as well as meet the cats up close.

You are more then welcome to come before then but often the judge is in the ring and judging the cats earlier and you can not enter while the cats are being judged.

Sunday the 19th of August

Lake Haven Recreation Centre, Forrow Drive, Lake Haven

Moose took out best of breed in the first ring and Lucy in the second going on much to my suprise to place 5th in the top 5, I think there were 9 kittens.

I am very pleased as the second judge said that there was really nothing between them. this makes me think that if she placed Lucy 5th that Moose also could have placed 5th which I am very happy about

St George District Show

15th July

Chopper, Lucy and Moose attended

The show was at the Menai Indoor Sports Centre, Allison Cres Menai.

Chopper received all his Challenges and 2 Best of Breeds against a Seal Tabby boy,

Lucy and Moose had some tough competition with an 8 month old Blue Tabby, and a 4 month old very nice Blue Point

I was very proud with Moose taking out Best of Breed in the 3rd Ring beating the other 3 girls, the judge said for her age she was very nice, I am very please with this result for her.

Ku-Ring-Gai and Himalayan Show

Chopper and Honshu both received all of their challenges

This mean Chopper finally is a Champion and Honshu is now a Grand Champion

Lucy went as well but I was not able to see her judged so I am not sure what they had to say about her.

Chopper again had competition and received 1 challenge for his outstanding temperment and 2nd in the pet cat side class.

Honshu received all her challenges and now has enough points for a Championship title.

Friday, 6th April

Sydney Royal Easter Show.

This was Chopper's first show as an adult, so he was competing with the big boys.

I was pretty happy with the day he got both of his challenges and a best of breed in one ring, the other judge actually commented on the perfectly marked bi-colour that Chopper was up against but this cat was actualy a mismarked mitted boy so this may be some of the reason for not getting the best of breed in this ring, hopefully next time she will read what the cat is not just have a quick look

All in all a good day and just 48 more points untill Chopper is a Champion.

Sat, 24th March

The Goulburn Country Energy Show, Goulburn Showground.

He placed 4th in one ring and 5th in the other

He placed 1st in the pet side class

Saturday 3rd March

Bathurst Royal Show, Bathurst Show Ground.

I took both Chopper and Chicken to the Bathurst show on Saturday the 3rd of March.

It was a long and hot day but very enjoyable.
